Michael and Sarah have been married since 2004 and are raising their family in Santa Barbara, CA.

At 19, Michael Paskin sold an internet company he founded while attending UC Santa Barbara and used the proceeds to purchase his first real estate investment. By 2006, he had founded The Paskin Group, growing it into a nationally recognized real estate investment firm with a portfolio of assets across the country.
Today, TPG is a focused, value-add investment company — acquiring, improving, and operating multifamily assets. Our portfolio is operated by an institutional-quality property management partner with a national footprint, allowing our investment team to remain singularly focused on what we do best.
